These Terms of Use govern the use of the DevInTouch website, enquiry forms, quiz, contact links and the @devInTouchBot Telegram bot.

By using the website, submitting a form, completing the quiz or opening the Telegram bot, the user confirms that they have read these Terms, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1. Definitions

Website means the DevInTouch pages on the devintouch.com domain.

Website administration means the DevInTouch team that manages the website, receives enquiries and provides web development, SEO, advertising, technical support and integration services.

User means any person who visits the website, submits an enquiry, completes the quiz or contacts us through the Telegram bot.

Enquiry means data the user submits through a form, quiz, email, phone, Telegram bot or another communication channel.

2. Purpose of the website

The website informs users about DevInTouch services and accepts enquiries about:

• website development;
• SEO;
• paid search advertising;
• online stores and catalogues;
• technical support;
• integrations and automation;
• website audits and preparation for advertising.

Website content is provided for information and is not a public offer unless expressly stated otherwise. Final terms, prices, timelines and the scope of work are agreed separately.

3. Using forms and the Telegram bot

The user may submit an enquiry through:

• the website quiz;
• the callback form;
• email;
• the @devInTouchBot Telegram bot;
• other contact links published on the website.

The user must provide accurate contact details and must not submit spam, malicious code, other people’s personal data without a lawful basis, or unlawful content through the forms.

Website enquiries may reach the DevInTouch team by email and through a bot in a private Telegram chat.

4. Consultations and commercial proposals

A reply to an enquiry, audit, consultation or preliminary estimate does not create an obligation to enter into a contract.

DevInTouch may:

• clarify the task before estimating it;
• decline work if the task is unlawful, unethical, technically infeasible or outside the service scope;
• propose stages of work;
• revise a preliminary estimate after studying the project details.

5. User rights and obligations

The user may:

• view website pages;
• submit enquiries;
• request a consultation;
• request information about their personal data;
• opt out of further communication.

The user must:

• not disrupt the website;
• not attempt unauthorised access to the server, forms, API or internal chats;
• not use the website to send spam;
• not copy website materials for unlawful use;

6. DevInTouch rights

DevInTouch may:

• temporarily restrict access for technical maintenance;
• change forms, the quiz, links and contact methods;
• update these documents;
• delete or ignore spam and inappropriate enquiries;
• protect the website against automated requests and abuse.

7. Website materials

The website’s texts, structure, design, interface elements, logos and other materials belong to DevInTouch or are used lawfully.

Quoting website materials with an active source link is permitted if it does not distort their meaning or infringe DevInTouch’s or third parties’ rights.

8. Third-party links and services

The website may link to Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, client and partner websites, payment providers, analytics services or other services.

When following external links, the user leaves the DevInTouch website. Third-party terms of use and data processing are governed by the relevant services’ documents.

9. Liability

DevInTouch seeks to keep the website operational but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability without errors or technical failures.

DevInTouch is not responsible for:

• third-party actions;
• the consequences of a user relying on website information without additional consultation;
• errors in data entered by the user.

By submitting an enquiry, the user confirms that the data is provided voluntarily and may be used to respond to the enquiry.

DevInTouch may update these Terms. A new version takes effect when published on the website unless the text states otherwise.
