FAQ

Common project questions

Where should we start if we do not have a technical brief yet?

A short description of your goal, current situation and constraints is enough. We ask clarifying questions, split the work into stages and suggest a practical next step: audit, prototype, development, SEO/GEO structure or automation.

Can you improve an existing website instead of rebuilding it?

Yes. We first inspect the current CMS, theme, plugins, performance, SEO, forms, integrations and admin workflow. If improvement is the better path, we propose a focused plan without a full rebuild.

Which platforms and technologies do you work with?

We work with CMS platforms, ecommerce engines, builders, PHP frameworks, HTML/CSS/JS, API integrations, n8n, Make, Zapier and AI tools. The stack is selected for the specific business task.

Are SEO and GEO included during development?

Yes. For new and updated pages we plan clear structure, metadata, canonical, hreflang, schema.org, internal links, FAQ, loading speed and content blocks that support traditional search and AI Search visibility.

Can you connect CRM, analytics, ads or an AI assistant?

Yes. We can connect the website with CRM, forms, email notifications, ad events, Google Ads, Yandex Direct, n8n/Make/Zapier workflows and an AI assistant with handoff to a human team.

How do you estimate scope and timing?

We first clarify the goal, pages, functionality, integrations, content readiness and technical risks. Then we prepare the work scope, delivery stages and timing estimate; a commercial estimate can be handled separately after the scope is clear.

What should the client prepare before the project?

Usually we need access to the current website or hosting, service descriptions, preferred structure examples, contact details, legal information, brand assets and a list of integrations. If something is missing, we help prepare a minimal brief.

What happens after launch or after improvements are delivered?

After launch we check forms, indexing, analytics, speed, responsive behavior and baseline security. Then the project can move into support, SEO/GEO growth, ads, content, automation and regular improvements.

Next step

Describe your project and get a practical action plan

We will review the scope and suggest the next step: audit, development plan, automation map or SEO structure.
