Cookie Policy
Version dated 27 October 2026
This policy explains how DevInTouch uses cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and similar technologies on devintouch.com.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website may store in a user’s browser.
In addition to cookies, the website may use:
- localStorage: local browser storage that is not automatically sent to the server;
- sessionStorage: temporary storage until the tab is closed;
- technical browser and request parameters.
These technologies help the website function correctly, remember settings and process user actions.
2. Technologies used by the website
The current website version uses technical mechanisms for:
- saving technical interface settings;
- saving the introduction state in the current tab;
- temporarily storing enquiry data for the thank-you page after form submission;
- the technical operation of frontend components;
- basic protection against form spam and incorrect submissions.
This data is needed for the website to operate and is not used to sell personal data.
3. Analytics and advertising cookies
The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage tags. The current container is configured with:
- Google Analytics 4 for analytics measurement;
- Yandex Metrica for analytics measurement;
- Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
Tags may load through Google Tag Manager when a page is opened. Their actual behaviour depends on the container and browser settings. The website’s own form events do not contain submitted contact details or enquiry text.
The “Got it” button only records that the notice was dismissed. It is not a cookie-category switch. Cookies and local data can be managed in browser settings; external services apply their own processing policies.
4. Categories of cookies and similar data
Necessary
Required for the basic operation of the website, forms, security, routing and interface display.
Functional
Help remember the user’s choices: language, colour theme and interface state.
Analytics
May be used to understand traffic, user behaviour and page quality. Use depends on the current tag configuration.
Advertising
May be used to evaluate advertising, retarget users and optimise advertising campaigns. Use depends on the current tag configuration.
5. Managing cookies
The user can manage cookies and local data through browser settings:
- delete cookies and site data;
- block cookies from being stored;
- set exceptions for specific websites;
- use private browsing mode.
If cookies or localStorage are completely disabled, some website functions may not work correctly: language, colour theme or form state may not be saved.
6. The Telegram bot and third-party services
If the user opens @devInTouchBot, the interaction takes place within Telegram’s infrastructure. Telegram may use its own cookies, identifiers and technical data under its own policy.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and other external websites lead to third-party resources. DevInTouch does not control these services’ cookies or local storage.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy when the website changes or when analytics, advertising, a cookie banner, CRM, chats or other services are connected.
The current version is published on this page.
