This Privacy Policy explains how devInTouch and the personal data operator WorkHub LLC, registration number 193233482, 220007, Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Mogilevskaya Street 2, building 2, office 14, email: admin@devintouch.com. process personal data submitted through the website, contact forms, quizzes and project requests.

1. Legal basis

The policy is prepared with regard to Belarus Law No. 99-Z on Personal Data Protection. Where applicable, additional local rules may apply, including the GDPR for users in the EEA.

2. Data we may collect

• name, email, phone, messenger contact;
• company, website, service interest and message;
• quiz answers, selected scenarios, source URL and UTM data;
• technical data such as IP address, user agent, date/time, cookies and security events.

3. Purposes

• processing requests and responding to users;
• preparing an audit, proposal, delivery plan or automation scenario;
• website administration, anti-spam and security;
• analytics and advertising quality measurement if lawfully enabled;
• contractual, accounting and legal obligations where a project becomes a contract.

4. Processing and recipients

We may collect, record, store, use, transfer to authorised processors, block and delete personal data. Processors may include hosting, email, CRM, automation, analytics and advertising providers where required for the stated purposes.

5. Retention

Requests and quiz answers are stored for as long as needed to handle the request and follow-up communication, usually up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by contract, accounting or other law.

6. User rights

Users may withdraw consent, request information, correction, restriction, deletion or information about third-party disclosure where applicable. Requests can be sent to admin@devintouch.com.
