International Privacy Notice
International users
Last updated: May 6, 2026.
devInTouch is based in the Republic of Belarus, but the website may be accessed from other countries. Additional local requirements may apply when we actively offer services to users in a country or monitor their behaviour.
1. EEA and GDPR
If GDPR applies, users may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and consent withdrawal. Notices should disclose purposes, data categories, legal bases, retention, recipients and international transfers.
2. Cookies and advertising
For the EEA, UK and some other regions, analytics and marketing cookies generally require prior consent. Before running real analytics or advertising in those regions, devInTouch should implement a CMP/consent banner.
3. USA, China, Turkey, Georgia and other countries
Rules differ by region and may depend on traffic volume, user type, industry and advertising tools. Before active promotion in a specific country, local legal review should be performed and regional privacy sections added where needed.
4. MVP approach
The safe MVP model is to process only request data, avoid non-essential trackers without consent, store minimal data, identify the operator and provide an email for privacy requests.
